Shipping Policy

At The Everyday Co., we are committed to delivering your favorite coffee products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery timelines, and other important information related to your orders.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During festivals, promotional events, or high-demand periods, order processing and dispatch may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Estimated Delivery (Domestic): 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders of ₹3,000 and above.

• For orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

• Any promotional offers related to shipping are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

• The Everyday Co. reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain locations, products, or order values.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS (where applicable) containing your tracking details.

You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Delivery

Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that:

• The shipping address is complete and accurate.

• Your contact number is active and reachable at the time of delivery.

• Someone is available to receive the package.

The Everyday Co. shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Natural disasters

• Transportation disruptions

• High order volumes

• Courier partner delays

• Government restrictions or other force majeure events

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives:

• Damaged,

• Defective,

• Incorrect, or

• Incomplete,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@tedcoindia.com

Kindly include:

• Your Order Number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because:

• The customer is unavailable,

• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,

• The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason,

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

Any re-shipping charges for such orders may be borne by the customer.

11. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
